Biomedical Electronics

Biomedical electronics has emerged as one of the most impactful applications of advances on low-power IC design. Indeed, this area is rich in problems, offering ample opportunity for cross-pollinating ideas from related fields in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an activity at the heart of the research done in our group.

Our efforts in this space have been fairly new: work on high-density neural recording started in 2014. Stay tuned for a couple of nascent efforts which will be posted in the near future.

  1. Design of a flexible, robust, high-density ECoG recording architecture
